flush em, and then let them recover and start over w/ nutes....
read this article about flushing them in the bathtub, makes it a little easier..
forgot the link to the article, but basically it said:

fill your tub w/ water, and then set your pot in the tub and the water will soak to the top of the soil from the bottom ( let sit there for about 5 mins ),
pick the pot up and watch all the yellow liquid fall out..
repeat same process until water comes out clear... i had to repeat 3 times w/ 3 gallon pots..
FYI ..... i use those cheap , plastic pots, and they come pre-holed, but i have found that the water does not drain properly from just the 6 holes.. i drilled holes on the bottom of my pots, and drains alot better...

also the guy at the grow shop that i spoke w/, told me to not let the soil get too crunchy... ( i had read somewhere on these boards that it was good to do that so the roots can get oxygen , and i was doing that!) it's not goo to do that, when there is no water for the roots they start to pull moisture from leaf's...
just some thoughts!

i am working on my first grow , so i am far from any kind of expert...

GOOD LUCK
