i have been trying to educate them they wont even hear me out

Has anyone ever been succesful in trying to educate their parents?

honestly If my parents found out I smoke they would probly ship me to some boarding school. theres really no arguing with most parents becuase they think that just because they are the parents that they're right no matter what. If someone is so strongly anti-drug theres really no way to change their mind. One of my friends got caught and now his parents treat him like a fucking prisoner and are forcing him to go to church because they think he needs to be "saved by god"

You see me smoking hasnt changed who i am i still do the same things but my parents see me as a slacker now i tell them i was lazy before smoking and i still am but i just wish things would have happened differently

bro i can definitely feel for you... i got caught about 12 days ago by my parents and they said they were gonna test me every 2 weeks until i go to college... so it kinda sux... but life will move on and there is more to it than gettin blazed (although it is fun)... going from 4-5 bowls a day to zero makes you realize how much you take for granted (like being high)... i think i am going to cut down to once a week or less... its hard...

print off a dossier of all the information and post anonymously to your folks. make sure you find as much anti smoking info you can, the arguments are so laughable it's practically on our side.
once they read it you should be in the clear, the medical benefits on this sacred weed alone have convinced me i'm immortal by now.imp:

i basically told my dad that noone has died from it and also i was literally depressed before using it and now it really has lifted my mood and he is like well it is illegal so i said so was alcohol and now it is legal and what makes alcohol any better than marijuana

my parents caught me but thankfully they dont really care. they dont want it to become a bad habit but aslong as i dont do it in front of them, i am cool. i have been trying to tell them about it and they actually listen to me. i am very lucky. i am pretty sure they did it too so i think that is why that are so understanding.

Dude, my parents are really anti high also. Just stop the smokage for a week or two and really work to build up your trust with them. If you do it right they will lower their guard faster than you can say, "Pass that joint!" I has worked for me a few times, but it's not easy. Goodluck:thumbsup:

yeah dude i dont really know what to say to help.....my parents dont know i do but if they found out i would just be like listen this is what i do ...this is a part of who i am....im still getting good grades, staying active..playning for 3 differnt baseball teams.....so its obviously not hurting my life in any way and im going to keep doing it and if it starts to interfere then i will quit but until theres a problem becasue of it im going to keep doing it hope you guys understand..haha im stoned but dude just be respectful but tell them straight up
