I would let it continue on what you have been doing and just put it outside and let it do its thing. If you put it on 12/12 now it well start to flower and when you put it outside it is going to switch back to veg. Thats going to lose you about a weeks worth of growth.

Right, what I need to know is, should I stick the plant on 12-12 a week before I put it outside or what? This is me pretty clueless on this one, having never grown Dutch Passion or outside.
