Do you mist your plants during the time that they are getting light? If so your causing the spots yourself in doing so. The water droplets left behind from spraying act as magnifying glasses and burn little spots on your leaves.

If you dont, then im not exactly sure what it could be...

They are occuring on the edges of the leaves as well as near the veins of the leaves. I looked it up and it looks like a potassium deficiency. So i uped my hydroponic solution with the highest potassium concentration (florabloom) yesterday and nothing has happened. it looks worse and worse as time goes by. I am on a 24/0 light cycle.
