HELP ME!!
My plant is getting these brown spots on its leaves. They are occuring on the edges of the leaves as well as near the veins of the leaves.
I looked it up and it looks like a potassium deficiency. So i uped my hydroponic solution with the highest potassium concentration (florabloom) yesterday and nothing has happened.
it looks worse and worse as time goes by.
I am on a 24/0 light cycle.

Maybe they ain't be gettin' their 'sleep' with the light on all the time. It's like being on tweak 24/7/365 and neglecting the natural order of eating and sleeping. I've read in many different mediums that an overabundance of a nutrient, in this case light, will actually block other nutrients from effecting the plant hence causing deficiencies like your brown spots within the plant. If you're veggin', drop your light cycle to 18/6. If you're flowerin' drop it to 12/12.
Check out overgrow.com since the info there helped me grow up to 2 1/2 months of age with beautiful results. I had to kill it because the apt complex underwent a pop inspection and I wasn't interested in risking it when it was being so skunky. I can't wait to get a house...

Do you mist your plants during the time that they are getting light? If so your causing the spots yourself in doing so. The water droplets left behind from spraying act as magnifying glasses and burn little spots on your leaves.
If you dont, then im not exactly sure what it could be...
