Simply post a "shout-out" to the people or person of your choice.. Keep it positive... and say whatever you want... you don
't have to include anyone specific if you don't want to, simply give a "shout-out" or hello to everyone on the board, or in the chat.
Think of it like a posting board at a university for the students.. people can stick anything on it, as long as it's not a dirty picture, or someone saying "YOU SUCK" then they can put it up there. Got something to say? Shout it out... There will be moderation of it of course, because we'll have people ignoring the requests. So don't expect it to be a free for all....but as long as it's positive and stays positive, i think there would would be no problems..
