Not knowing how 'the card' works, I can only guess that it must be true. If 'the card' is the medical marijuana card, then you are legally able to purchase marijuana under doctors' prescriptions. But to grow your own would not qualify as a doctors prescription, and would still be illegal.

Well tonight i stoped by to pick up a sack and we where just shootin the shit. I asked him, "hey man... why dont you ever go to the club to reup."
