anyone ever get this???

this has been goin on for a while but....60% of the time when im half way down a joint I get a pain in my stomach and its the type of pain you feel you need the toilet, it really hurts!. when the joints finished the pain goes away and im melted it's all good, but that pain is sooooo sore!!!! so anyone ever had this and know why I get this?
