I've read alot of description's on seeds and some say, Yeilds 600+ grams a square metre. How do you get that much out of one plant?

600 divided by 28 grams = about 21 ounces = 1 lb 5 ounces

You could grow 12 plants in a square meter, using a 1000 watt HPS and harvest 2 ounces per plant...

I need to get those girls in and out as fast as possible.

Dude I have a friend that got a harvest of 8.1 Kilos from 12 plants.

That was an impressive sight

In other words you get out what you put in.

You can get nearly any yeild as long as you use the right lamp and nutrients.
