The cig's will be the hardest.

I recently managed to quit for about 9 weeks (totaly cigg free with no N.R.T then I thought.....

Ahhh I'll only smoke once a week, then I was like....
Ahhh I'll only smoke when I'm in pub's,and then....
Ahhh I'll only smoke when there's nobody else around, and now.......

It's back stronger than ever and I'm on about 60 a day lol.

I found the inicial quit a peice of piss (although I was drinking a bit more) but when you hit about 2 mounth's you think "what could one cig do" now I know.

I quit meat on a fad for 6 mounths then it all caved in.

And as for booze......... Well I only been 4 day's this year with nothing (nuff said)

Anyway gotta go I can't type with a cigg in one hand and a bottle in the other.
