heres a different method also
this one works by weakening the bridge between the concious and subconcious mind
every day you will sleep for 4 hours then get up for 4 hours, sleep 4 hours, get up 4 hours, sleep, get up, sleep , get up.
so just alternate sleep patterns at short intervals
I got that method from a Jane Roberts "Seth" book
it will work in a shorter time than the other method
maybe try it over a weekend lol
