Accidentally recognized my plane, what do I do now?

Theres no real "pursueing" its a gift you have access to at all times your entire life using it is extreamly simple. You can do it every night when you go to sleep. I would suggest taking it very seriously, maybe you will be able to see through the fog a little bit better. Just remember the astral plane consists of heaven, hell and everything inbetween.

I had assumed that heaven and hell were something that could only be reached after death, and that there were many astral planes other than them.

Astral projection is the ability to leave your body. Everyone leaves their body at night, but before they do leave, they have to put the physical mind to sleep. Most people don't remember this, but when the physical mind is asleep, the subconscious takes over, and this is usually when you do your astral projection. In other words, everybody does it, but they just don't remember doing it.

You know, I've been interested in astral projection and meditation for a long time as well. I've never succeeded at it no matter what techniques I use lol. However, once I started smoking cannabis, I did have one random OBE, where I went nowhere and just held onto my body and pulled myself back in quickly. Okay I think I understand your question now. You're asking if its SAFE to astral-project?

The spirit shares a strong connection with the body, and this connection is only broken when either the spirit or the body dies. Continue to astral project, but make sure that your mind, body and spirit are all safe. Continue to explore the 2nd plane, and eventually your spirit will be strong enough to visit the 3rd and 4th planes.

Beware of other spirits and demons - they will attack you if they see you are not prepared. And beware the body - make sure that is safe too. Be prepared to be afraid, excited, anxious and happy. Have control over your mind and your emotions, and the astral planes will be yours.

Willy, It's remarkable, this world, of which you are so familiar. Alot of this blows my mind, Its as foreign to me as I must be to many here.......... just to inquire, this is not my thread, I want to respect it. I don't understand what you mean by keeping the body, mind, and spirit safe.
Actually, I guess I do, I don't understand how it would be done. Evil forces...To see some of these things would tweak me quite a bit. I'm familiar with dark spiritual beings having been harassed by them during a time when I was working, in a spiritual capacity, with a demon possessed individual, I had demonic visions, I could sense them when they came into the room. I had to sleep with a light on, at 25 yrs old.
They hate me, and I hate them.

It seems that some people have some "gift" spiritually, regardless of their spiritual world view. Some on the Christian side of the fence, have gone out of their body, and reported conversations with various people, seeing events, Rick Joyner claimed that he talked with Jesus at length. Christian prophets,.... Prophets otherwise, both wired for this type of op.

What are these planes 2nd 3rd 4th. I looked at Euphorics links, may have missed it.

I think mysticweb.org has a free 9 week course in Astral Projection, if anyone is interested or dedicated enough. I took the course once but didn't dedicate myself to it. However, it does seem to give some good info and techniques to try.
