187 Reviewed by 187 on . Accidentally recognized my plane, what do I do now? so I was listening to tool and my boyfriend was talking to me about astral projection and meditation. I wasn't really all that interested because I've got so much other stuff to be thinking about that I didn't think I really had the time to be leaving my body. But I decided to meditate. At first I tried remembering the feeling of being detached from myself, as if my body was just a shell for me, something I'm a part of but in a sense trapped in.
