To begin, if this is in the wrong section my sincerest apologies, I am new to the forum. In addition, if I ask too many questions, feel free to let me know. With that said....

I recently acquired some White Rhino clones that are unrooted. They are in the smalle rockwool cubes. I have them in a tray with a plastic dome. At first I was using just normal light (yes granted not the best solution, but I came across the clones without fully being prepared for them).

A couple of the clones appeared to build mold and their leaves were extremely damp.. There is a lot of moisture on the plastic dome, but I vent (it has two vents on the top of the dome) for 30 minutes every day, should that not be sufficient in keeping the humidity to acceptable levels?

One of the clones was so damp that it fell over on itself (the stem was soaked). This particular clone was making contact wit the dome, so I assume it had more to do with that, as none of the other clones are quite as bad, most are in fact relatively dry.

The rockwool cubes are quite saturated, not to the extent that one would drip upon removal, but enough that they feel wet to the touch. Is this normal, or is this signs of too much water?

Would you recommend any root encouraging solutions and if so what brands, or what should I be looking for?

Last quick question. Lighting. I bought a Sylvania Gro-Pro (or something to that affect) to replace the normal lights I was using. It's a 120 watt vegative light (with added blue spectrum). Would this be good for the clones? Or would it be better to use a fluro light? I only ask because I didn't see any fluro lights at the stores I've visited, or perhaps I'm not looking for the right thing.

Any help that can be provided to any of the questions, would be greatly appreciated. I hope not to lose this investment. Mind you it is my own fault for not being prepared.
