HELP ME
Oh man. Let me guess, that's a 60w incandescent light? Get rid of it. Put it in some other part of your house. Whatever. Just don't bother using it to grow. The lumens is low and the heat is high... you are going to starve the plants for light and then fry them to a crisp. You at least want to go to flourescents for your seedlings. You can keep the plants very close to the light source without burning them.
Give your plants plenty of quality light, good soil, quality fertilizer when they are old enough, and plenty of fresh air.
Give yourself plenty of patience and you will be rewarded.
Give yourself a couple grows to make mistakes. Practice on bagseed.
Go into the FAQs, read some old posts, see what other growers are doing. Spend a couple hours browsing the boards here and at other forums like marihemp and I promise you will be WAY better off.

I don\'t claim to know the first thing about growing anything; hell, I can\'t make a Chia pet sprout.
