    prepare your ground...
cut the bottoms out of your containers... or just squeeze and pull the plant and root ball out of the container..

and stick them in the ground...

You may want to use lots of perlite if you are are concerned about drainage in your growing area...

    PLANT OUT SIDE NOW!!!!!!

nothin against that method GK, but what i usually do to get um out as stress free as possible is:
    1. Take sissors and cut from the top to the bottom of the container on 4 sides.
    2. Peel away the container very gently and grab the whole wad of dirt with your hands and plant them in the hole the you have PREVIOUSLY prepared.
In order to prepare the hole, just take your yogurt container and fit it into the ground before you take the plant out of it.
    Peace

yea plant outside NOWWWW. umm if your plants are established enough you may just be able to give a tiny tug at the base of the stem and have the whole clump come out, especially if in small yogurt containers. and sometimes tipping the whole thing upside-down and then pulling helps cuz gravity is one hell of a phenomenon.
