Why not try one of those live traps. It traps the mouse in a 'box' so you can take it elsewhere and let it go. Any poison a mouse would ingest would end up in it's system which could end up in your cat. You can also try 'sonic blasters' which are electronic rodent control systems. Sends out a high pitched noise to drive mice away.
...I said my piece, so now, I hush.

You've already got yourself the best and safest mouse deterrent there is in that kitty cat. She can't help herself from killing them and bringing them to you. She's just doing what comes naturally and providing for her master. I always try to praise our cats when they do that, despite the fact that it's the grossest thing in the world to see them come trotting up with dead mice in their mouths or to find that they've left half-eaten mouse body parts lying somewhere where people walk. The praise doesn't encourage them to hunt more; they're just naturally skilled predators who have a ferocious hunting instinct no matter what.
Mouse and rat poisons are dangerous for the environment and your cat, who could easily eat a poisoned mouse and get sick or die herself. Try getting some mouse traps if you have a general idea where they're getting in--or one of those mouse boxes that they go into and can't get out of. Talk to the people at the nearest hardware store about non-poisoning options for trapping or getting rid of mice. And consider yourself lucky because if your cat brings an occasional mouse around, it means she's serving as a strong deterrent for a far greater percentage of rodents who don't come around because she's on patrol.\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"

We had a mouse a couple months ago, you can get traps that are like a little box with some sort of poison inside. The mouse goes inside and dies, then you just throw the box away.

Im totally in favor of her killing the mice running around my house, But she brings them by my fucken bed when Im sleeping and stuff...... its not the best way to start your day by waking up to a dead mouse next to you lol but do you have any tips on getting her to not carry them around or anything.

If you don't want to touch them, you need to trek on down to your local hardware store and find a suitable mouse trap. It'll just be a box with a handle on it. Mouse goes in, door shuts, get rid of mouse. Some are have poisons in them and some don't.
Maybe you can try to train your cat to put them somewhere specific....outside or in a 'mouse grave' or something....I said my piece, so now, I hush.
