Glass for air cooled hood?
If it's a sealed hood it's better to push the air through. Sucking the air can in most blowers cause a pressure problem and they may not get up to full speed and run as freely as they should and that will produce heat in the motor.
If it's the room then you suck the air out of the room.Zandor Reviewed by Zandor on . Glass for air cooled hood? I would like to find out what type of Glass is to be used for a air cooled hood? I use a 400wt system, and would like to protect the bulb from water when i mist my plants with a sprayer. I am guessing normal glass for a window will prolly not be good enough for the high temps.
