You probably made very BIG mistake by leaving the light on 24/7. They ONLY flower when you allow it to have 12 hours of light and 12 hours of dark. Your weed can grow beyond 10 feet and still not flower unless you change its lighting cycle. Dont worry, many people do get their plants that big before changing their cycles. Remember it has to be completly dark during the dark hours. Dont even point a flash light! Do this for a week or two and you should see signs of flowering (little pollen sacks are males, little hairs are female[females what you want]). Buy an automatic timer switch in your hardware store and set it for 12/12. If this dont work, then you probably been smokin oregano.
