I read this somewhere about ordering seeds out of the country

(The new policy implemented in the U.S. on all foreign mail sent into the U.S. is to irradiate all mail & parcels in order to protect against further anthrax episodes. This proceedure also kills all marijuana seeds shipped through the mail. Just thought you newbies would want to know in case you were planning on spending your money in this way. In case you don't believe it, I have added just a few of the many hundreds of links to articles on these proceedures below.
