    Need some legal advice...

Hey guys, I just got an e-mail from a guy* who is concerned about the possibility of being prosecuted because he lives with someone who is growing and selling pot. His housemate says he'll take responsibility but still, who knows what's he'd say if the police come knocking? So my question is, is he guilty by association for living with this dealer? It's a pickle! Thanks in advance.

*This isn't one of those times when someone asks for advice on behalf of a 'friend' like on tv, I really did get an e-mail :-P

I definately think he'd get into some kind of strife. Maybe not for the growing or selling but for not turning a dealer in or concealing an ongoing crime. There is definately some responsibility on his sholders. The cops may not take it all the way but I'd say they'd want to put the scare into him.
