as far as im awear the thc burns at a verry low temprature maybe thats why we get allot more stoned of bongs because the thc is cooled in the water so less burns away before it reaches ya lungs ive never got stoned of hotboxing a small room once again as far as i know the only thing your feeling is lack of oxygen.
