Thats only ~2100 lumens per sq. ft which really isnt much. And you need ventilation for heat if not using cool tube/sealed hood approach., Your plants MUST GET some fresh air as well. You also need a fan or 4 in there to keep air moving around between plant canopy and light. The more you read the more you will find out these guys who grow kick ass crops got a room full of fans and hells of fresh air commin in, and plenty of exhaust going out unless using C02, then the setup changes somewhat, but thats another chapter for you to explore.
