When I'm about to go dry, I'll usually save enough herb for at least a full bowl and then some to smoke resin with. Getting out the resin is relatively easy...go for the big chunks first. Then I take a little smoking paper and wrap it around a paper clip and get out the smaller stuff. Roll that in the last of the herb and I'm good to go. Same thing...the high is good, but doesn't last as long as smoking herb. That's why I start with a full bowl of herb first. This way, the resin is just continuing what I've already started.
