1st Level = Poser smoker, one of those that tried it once and now think they are all cool, Pidgeons for dealers, willing to drop $25-$30 for a G of not so dank stuff.

2nd Level = Casual Smoker, smoked a few times, willing to grow in the Stoner way, however still a target for shark dealers, not too knowledgable about buy/smoking weed.

3rd Level = Smoker, smoked enough to know how to take decent hit, at this point may have tried other devices (Pipes, bubblers, Bong, so on) though isnt too knowledgeable, can be trusted to buy bud, not easily ripped off, though still possible.

4th Level = Stoner, Has virtual complete knowledge in smoking and buying, can be trusted to buy weed and or devices, at this point has either just started to make home devices, or is already a master, High level 4s (Where i am) are considered "Veterans", allowed to toke first, allowed to give advice and choose the stoner location and company.

5th level = Weedhead/ MJ Guru, Virtually nothing this one doesnt know, There are 2 ways to achieve this level, either fully embrace the Stoner ideals and become a very well respected member of the local Stoner community, or have MJ down to a Science, either route takes many years, and once this level is reached, all other levels are should always show respect, at the very least offer a Smoke Out.

Theres a seperate list for Dealers, but those i dont know too much about, my other homey got those covered. We needed levels to create a heirarchy, just made things easier for all, trust me when you got a people who know more than you helping you out, things go waaaay smoother.
We also got the Perfect Clique configeration figured out too.

Dawg man me and a #1 i know were at the arcade and been wanting to buy some bud, so i give him my $10 to add to his $10, well as i was off playing ITG he comes up to me and says "I found a guy selling some herb man" i tell him i wouldnt trust some of the guys here, especially since at the time it was a known spot for Narcs, he says "Its cool man i checked him out everything is all right, i already paid him" I said Whatever man anything happens, its your neck, so wheres the herb? "Oh he went to his car to go get it"

Luckily we managed to get some, barely a gram if that of so-so stuff, but jesus christ!!!
