    need some quick help =P

    To start this off, I'll give you a bit of information. :stoned: I've only smoked about 5-6 times so far. The first time nothing happened to me because I didn't inhale the smoke properly. The second time I thought I was turning into a bug, everything was distorted, and I had almost no control over myself for 30 minutes. It also felt like I was dying because my chest hurt really badly from the smoke. The next two times I smoked it was pretty cool. I got really crazy again, but without the physical pain. Then it happened, last night I smoked and had a really bad panic attack. I thought I was seriously going to die for a few minutes for some reason. I was actually *rolling* on the floor I was laughing so hard after htat. I had almost no control over my body.

    Obviously, I have little to no tolerance for the drug. I'm still burnt out right now, I can't think clearly and time seems distorted or something. It's impossible to set aside normal things in my mind, and I keep focusing on weird crap and can't stop. I had 8 hours of sleep and I'm still rather fucked up.

    So far everyone that I have smoked with has said the same thing "I've never seen anything like it." I lose control of my body and can't stop laughing at the strangest shit. Or I'll get a really bad trip and start panicking.

    I have work tomorrow, and I want to know if I should smoke tonight. Will it help it go away if I smoke, or should I not smoke at all and let it go away? If I do smoke, should it be lightly, or moderate? Thanks for the responses

    i would say dont smoke and let it out of your system.

    you say you're still fucked up? how long has it been since you smoked?

    I was pretty bad my first few times. Not quite like that. But just keep smoking you'll get used to it and it'll be awesome.

    im going to smoke again, i'm gonna try to not take as big of hits and try to control my mind so that i don't get freaked out and try to enjoy it. hopefully i'll be fine for the morning

    any time you get paranoid at all, tell your brain to shut the fuck up. Ive never had a panic attack, just realize the weed is making you paranoid and that it isnt real. Just put on some good music and drown your mind in positive vibes bro!

    when i was first starting out and trying to control the quality of my high's i found that it didnt really work to just tell myself that the weed is making me paranoid. that works now but when your a newbie the best thing to do is find a place where you can just chill out and are completely secluded from your sober life. then once you get comfortable enought with it you can start doing other things while you're high.

    When I was starting out I'd just get stoned and entertain myself with movies or video games. Kept my attention on saving the world from a giant ring wiping out the flood and all living things in the universe rather than worrying if I was going to see someone I didn't want to see or something horrible happened. And if I was too stoned to focus than I'd put on some tunes and melt into a chair. Keep your mind occupied. Worked for me. And welcome to the board and weed, they're both pretty good stuff.
