Whenever I smoke it always make anxiety a shit load worse. I duno if its because weed relaxes you so much your not used to being relaxed so you feel out of control, or it affects your body physicologically causing you to be more anxious, I could take a guess but I don't really know shit about it. I know one thing though, alot of anxiety is in the head it really isn't all about chemical imbalance. Like the guy above posted, vitamins, especially B1 B2 B3 help a shit load with anxiety. Also cardio and weight training help as well. You could have SAD, social anxiety disorder. Best to get checked out.

Also alot of people who post about smoking weed for medicinal purposes say go for a Sativa dominant strain and some others say the opposite, others so a mixture, which is it.
