anxiety and smoking.
I used to have terrible paranoia and anxiety in High School. It got to the point where I had to drop out for a while, and then get my diploma at a CC. It was all due to marijuana abuse. But, I kept smoking. I wasn't going to let a little panic attack stop me from doing what I loved.
A lot of my friend's went through the same thing, and they quit as a result. I just smoked straight through my paranoia, and now I don't suffer from anything but the munchies. If you can handle it, I suggest you just keep sailing in the eye of the storm. Because on the other side theres sunshine, and a lot of it.

If the problem is due to bipolar disorder, therapies that utilize antidepressants such as paxal are avoided and deemed potentially harmful.
Again, If you are suffering the affects of bipolar, weed can either be very calming and pleasurable, or cause you to move more into manic behaviors, where people typically - avoid sleep, may pace alot, have busy minds, and can even become aggressive. Which by the way is where I fall into the equation.
I am not a Dr. neither is anyone else here that I have noticed. The bulk of any advise hear is to be considered as such. Probing for others experiences is certainly understandable. But, we are all wired very differently.
For example, MJ has a radically different affect on the mood of individuals, depending on - if an individuals cannabinoid receptors are primarily post synaptic or pre-synaptic. Of coarse there are differences between Indica and Sativa. What I am addressing is the fact that ~ there are major "hard wiring" differences between people. One persons experience or advise is really not worth anything.
I'm sorting thru these issues myself. The fact is that some have gotten into real trouble wired a certain way, .... Some with post synaptic receptors, a bit on the manic side of the bipolar fence with an appetite for Sativa. Kind of like...... Hello Nitro... meet Glycerin.
I'm attaching a link for a bipolar screen......More and more Dr's are looking at this before prescribing antidepressants, something that has comeout of the latest lawsuits.

And If you check too many boxes? ....Do what It says and "GO SEE A DR."
Your PCPhysician can refer you to the right specialist. I would have liked my tweekiness, tweaked back along time ago. Exorcise is a real deal and diet, both of which I was very involved in. However I still found my self - anxious, uncomfortable, enjoying others was hard. This was very much a chemical issue. regardless of what others here postulate. Or if I happened to have Indica or sativa at the time.
My current search has been a process of elimination. Primarily, elimination. Tho I may see benefits pain wise. All meds must be evaluated if the problems exceed the benefit.Friends don\'t let friends Go to Hell. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Rs-X...elated&search=

That test is complete bullshit
"I sometimes canā??t stop talking and I talk really fast." How stupid is that, everyone does that once in their life of some sort, or people are just born like that, thats no sign of a mental disorder.
"I don't feel like eating much."
" I feel like eating all the time."
WTF ?? so if you pick one, its either u have a mental disorder?!?!?!
"I find it hard to focus and am very forgetful." MARIJUANA?!?!? SIDE EFFECTS?!??!
"I don't feel like talking to people." Everyone gets like that once in a while.
Everyone who has anxiety, listen to me, stop using drugs like xanax and all those other bullshit, and take 2 pills of Vitamin B complex daily and 2 pills calicum:magnesium daily and 3 doses of omega3 fish oils daily.
Within a month MAX, you'll notice your mood is much happier and you can be less anxious, and can actually be social.
It worked for me. Might as well try it out, Its cheaper than buying xanax monthly. GO TO YOUR LOCAL NATURAL VITAMIN STORE. (GNC is not recommended)

The Irony here ~ You call yourself Doctor something. Is only exceeded by your stupidity. If you had any knowledge at all you would know I was not referring to xanax or seroquel. Again stupidity is obvious.

. Im not absolutley positive, but i think that smoking MJ makes my anxiety attacks worse when im sober. Some times my anxiety attacks get so bad that i have to just sit back and relaxe for an hour just to regain control. The reason i ask is because i noticed that when i dont smoke all day, my anxiety isnt so bad. I also wanted to hear other peoples opinions and experiences. Thanks.
