I find really clean X is fairly mellow, it makes me wanna have deep conversations with people, and sit around giving and recieving massages. I like pills with a bit of speed for dancing, but not too speedy.

No you do not have to take near lethal doses to have it affect you. MDMA is a fairly safe drug if your not stupid dont take too much and dont mix it with any other drugs. Most people die on E when they get some bunk shit thats made of crank tweak and a bunch of other shit that has little or no MDMA at all in it.

Seems most of you know very little about Mdma, but as said before if you aren't stupid you can enjoy the purest form of ecstacy... pretty safe stuff, and loads of in the UK.

MDMA is a 'pshychedelic amphetamine' with the molecule containing an amphetamine ring and a pshychedelic part resembling mescaline. MDMA has a surprisingly low LD-50, while 'pure' psychedelics are some of the safest chemicals known to science.

Many studies have been done on MDMA-while all suspect from the start (you can't take aload of MDMA non-users, test them, give them repeated doses of MDMA, test them again-very illegal), almost all show there is some loss of cognitive functions and damage to memory. This only really seemed evident above 400mg a month, but you put your own brain at risk should you test this.

While rats recover well from MDMA testing, primates are affected a lot more, with their brains requiring many months to recover to pre test levels-test on spider monkeys show that the damage might be permanent, with no recovery after a year.

I used to take ecstasy quite a lot (once a week or two weeks). I really enjoyed it, but the magic began to decline and the hangovers, which before had been barely noticeable, last for days and are not a nice thing to experience for a few hours of fun. I began to wonder what the hell I was doing to my brain.

As of 3 weeks ago I quit taking E permanently. If you want to play safe I would take only one dose every two weeks-top up doses maybe damaging, and curiously studies seemed to suggest that combining cannabis with MDMA, has a much worse effect on memory (unlucky for me). Also take antioxidants like vitamin C-Maybe very good at protecting your nerves.
