Of course, I used a fake name on the order form, when I sent in my money order of $30. I also wrote on the order form: "Please email me whenever you ship the book off" (They emailed me) and "PLEASE LEAVE THE NAME OFF THE FRONT OF THE PACKAGE"!! Of course, I used a friend of mine's P.O. Box address. HERE'S THE PROBLEM: When the book came to the P.O. Box, they told my friend that she needs ID in Rating: 5
