Wow. I see that a lot of content has been deleted. Years worth of material in the spirituality forum has been deleted. There was a lot of interesting theories and content there. Deleted. Just gone. Wtf. Is this right?

I am really impressed with most of the responses here...It appears that the members are strengthening, together again, like last year...

euphoric. There are going to be some funky things happening due to server change, and whatnot...you will experience things missing here and there, once in awhile.

What I have noticed is...I haven't gotten a server is too busy message, since Ron and Sundance handled the changeover. thanks for all the input, and an extra thanks to you who support the site, regardless. peace latewood

Naaaaa I gotta be honest, I knew there was always censorship on pretty much everything, but the amount of threads/posts are being banned is fuckin stupid man, I been here 2 years as a member, longer as just a reader, and I've never seen this much shit, people are gettin arsy just over a couple of people posting threads about "wreckless" drug use, and then they get closed or sumthin, you do a very good job, but chill out man, this site is essentially about using an illegal drug, not just for spiritual enlightenment, or to better oneself, but just to have a new experience/have some fuckin fun and loosen up, we got that much shit goin on within cannabis.com right now, its a joke, so and so is gettin pissed off with so and so for using such and such a substance, because such and such behaviour, is to be perceived as a direct result of the 'community' fuck me man, I don't care if ure a smackhead, crackhead, crackwhore, pothead, monkey, or of another species, I wanna hear people from different backgrounds, share differing opinions, as a result of there different outlooks, on the same subject, even if it ends up in a slangin match.

Potheads, like other people, believe it or not have totally differing views on the world, and I thought that was the point of an internet forum in the first place, a place of anonymity, where people can throw wierd shit out there to be dissected by other equally anonymous, and equally wierd outlooks. I don't think much of a change has happened in the forums over the time I have been observin them, there have been many a prick, who just wanna start trouble, and many a pointless thread or two, in a pretty much consistent trend, but now, the general method of censorship, has turned in to a completely politically correct pile of shit, got people all over the place disagreeing with everybody else, shit getting deleted left, right, and centre, and for nothing more than offering a different opinion or different drug experience.

One such quote that does my absolute fucking head in, is "You're the reason cannabis is illegal" you arrogant motherfuckers, you are just as bad as the people that 'oppress' u for ure use, stop thinking u r such saints, I aint a bad person, but I have puked in public, pissed in public, gotten pissed in public, tripped in public, made a complete tit of myself and done a fair few inappropriate things to the opposite of sex in public, but to start judging it like ure god almighty is ure choice, but to actually just ban it completely, like there is a set guideline to the way to act in life, be it on a drug or not, is ridiculous, pointless, paradoxical, redundant and a waste of time. The internet used to be a place of absolute free speech, and I aint bothered by its demise, my free speech is in my head, but this as a place for "real" people to share "real" opinions, is slowly becoming, less and less appealing. Its now just another site, that just as all other sites has a different criteria, and therefore different "taboo" subjects.

The governing body of this site, may aswell just write all there personal opinions, beforehand, to save people the time and trouble of signing up, and expressing there (however fucking stupid, and believe me, even I think some of the posts are the spawn of absolute tossers) opinions.

I agree with every single word you say, I can't articulate myself as well as you but that's more or less the case accross the whole internet now, or anywhere moderators have been appointed. You'll find most of the best information is on much less well known websites simply because the more people there are the more likely there is to be some fucked up pointless regimentation/hieracy subjugating and catagorising based on a code of conduct. Although in cannabis.com defence you can at least swear without it being filtered and state your opinion somewhat, suppose that's next on the list.

it does suck now, just a lil bit but fuck i can deal with it...i left for one whole year...came back a couple weeks ago and find out Ron sold the place, Bc.Bud disapeared, a high amount of deleting posts. As i said though it sucks but not really THAT bad...

think about it this way...its either this, or no Cannabis forum. If they ended up shutting this site down, so many people would go crazy! So i rather deal with it, just be happy you have a place like this one, cause if it evey goes awa, your just gonna miss it ...and last time i checked with all the new shit going on, this place is still the better than any cannabis forum that i know of

I truthfully don't agree with erasing the archives... Not only is it a form of censorship,,,it totally fucks the place as it was a treasure trove of good information... I do believe the archives are being selectively erased,prove me wrong...

nobody is erasing archives...But, I tell ya, there are alot of pointless stupid threads that haven't been looked at and no-one cares about, that are just taking up space...
Now think about it. If the bottom 1/2 of your closet was full of useless crap, that you haven't used in forever...then would you think your closet might function better if you cleaned it up a bit. Just an idea????
