Chronic administration of Opiods (morphine, codeine, heroin, oxycodone, hydrocodone, methadone, tramadol, Phenylpiperidines, Diphenylpropylamine derivatives, Benzomorphan derivatives, Oripavine derivatives, Morphinan derivatives, et al) is, in fact, down-regulating the tuorachidonalglycerol, which is one the endocannabinoids.

There's no reason to smoke weed when you're counteracting the effects with all these drugs.
