1. Not cardboard, hemp. I got these little hemp paper filters from One Percent that you roll up and put in the end of a joint. They filter some of the crap out but not to the same degree that one of those fiberglass cigarette filters does. Just makes for a smoother smoke but doesn't diminsh the flavor or effect. Also allows you to smoke a J down to the very end and not end up with roaches.

2. No tobacco. Never. Have been known to stretch a quality J out with some schwag, however.
