movie theater prices

The dollar theaters up here tend to be pretty nasty. By that, I mean dirty. No one cleans them up enough. There's always a layer of sticky goo on the floor and gum on the seats. And they still have the old, flat theater seating instead of stadium seating, so if you get behind someone tall, you're hosed. If it's a good enough movie, I'll pay to see it in a decent theater.

Yeah I understand. Seems most people don't enjoy that but it has never been something thats bothered me. And I'm the tall guy :thumbsup:

Went today prices are just ridiculous 2 tickets was $13 not to bad but concession get this nachos what a joke a bag of stale chips and little cup of cheese well sort of anyway $4 . small Coke $3.50 small popcorn $3.50 I'm like are you serious it was comical if I wasn't high I would have been like Hell no. i get in the movies for $7 with a student discount, but i usually dont buy food, or i make my friends pay for it

there is this AMC by my house that has 5 dollar tuesdays and u get free popcorn

I refuse to go any other day

there is also another movie theater that is 14 a ticket

Fuck, where are you guys? You're gettin in cheap. Tickets out here are $13.50 now. A Saturday matinee is $8 or $9. You need to take out a fucking bank loan to get a large popcorn
