Just got pulled over high as hell.

Dude, I just got a speeding ticket and I was high as hell and had my pipe with me. I was coming back from dropping a friend off at her house like 20 miles. away from mine. And on the way home i got pulled over for goin 18 over. I've already gotten 2 possesion tickets, so I don't need anything else. I already smoked my bud though, and it was all smoked in my car so it had to smell like hella bud. Luckily he didnt search my car and find my pipe, so i was fine. But I had to get a ride back to my house from him, while i was high as hell. So now I have to think up a story on where my car is, and find a way to get it. Oh, and also come up with $186

If you smoked all your stash and he found your pipe - could you say that its a tobacco pipe? He couldn't arrest you for possession on just a pipe, could he?

well im only 16 so it wouldnt matter couldnt have a tobacco pipe. And if he really wanted to he could test it, I'm pretty sure of that. Or a paraphenilia (sp?) ticket. Its cool though cause he didnt find it, but its still sittin in my car, along with my smokes. So hopefully I can get a friend to take me to go get it, so my mom doesnt find out.

I know two people who have studied law (and drugs). They've told me a cop usually doesn't want to fill out paper work for a pipe. And even if you're caught with actual MJ they won't do anything as long as you act scared and tell them you forgot your dealer's name. They also said that while describing your dealer's race give them one that matches the average race in that area.

I just found out that my liscense is gonna get suspended too. So for half of my senior year, I'll be without a car. Im so bummed out. I'm just happy I didnt get another drug related ticket.

I pulled up to a road block on Memorial Day, I had just finished smoking out the car not but ten minutes before, the officer just asked for my lisence and my insurance, I handed it over, she went to her car to check me up, she came back and demanded I have a nice holiday. Just act straight and you'll be good.
