Does anyone out there know how long it takes to get the results back for a psychemedics hair test. What's the usual time frame? Is no news good news, etc..Anyone with solid info on this, please help...

I just had a psychemedics hair test on 5-12. The employer got the results I never did, but I got the job. I have taken other tests in the past and I never tested positive, and never got results for them either. So I would say no news is good news.

"I recently took a hair test that will be analyzed by psychemedics labs.. The test was administered on May 31 using some leg hairs (bald and otherwise hairless). I have abstained from smoking since Feb 13 ( a full 3 months and 2 weeks clean). what are my chances of passing this test?"

How long does the process take??? I mean when you go get the test not the results. Ok, you go in the office and they just cut off some of your hair and you can leave right?? After that, you have the wait for the results and if the test comes back negative you start working right??

DaKing, about 3-5 days, but it really depends on what lab it goes to. You go to the lab/room, they cut some hair and and your free to roam the world again. Now some companies will send a letter or call you telling you whether you passed the test. Most of the time though the employer will just tell you, you got the job or not. Ask the lab technican if you can call the lab to check on your results. They will tell you if this is possible or not.
