Sorry bro but I assume you lawyer told you the second you let them in voluntary it was over for you. They intimidated and threatened you into busting your self. That is a common trick they use to bust pot growers. They know the small growers are no threat to them and are good for the local politicians to score a few kissey points.

By the way, they are not the oneā??s who charge you. Itā??s the DA who decides on what and who to charge so if the DA wants to make an example for his own press conference then he can charge anyone he wants. No matter what the cops say. They can advise but in the end it's up to the DA if anybody gets charged or not and who.
