This is why buying hydro equipment off the internet is risky business. Better to find a local hydro store and buy everything in cash. It's not worth getting busted just to save a few dollars.
Also, have any order, such as seeds, shipped to a location other then your own. Harder to connect the pieces that way.

I belive you, and I read the article someone linked.. I'm just saying in this situation, i doubt it's Ebay.. not saying that Leo, can't get the info.. but these cops are looking for someone.. I will say, This dude got rolled on. . It's how these drug task force guys work.. They bust guys with shit charges.. scare the hell out of em to get them peeps to roll.. and then make it look like "Look At US.. We busted all these pot growers. We are sooo clever". Shit.. they just sit on their fat ass's.. and get guys Like Loc to roll, to try to get out of it. That is how I got in trouble.. I got rolled on. I just took my medicine, and let it roll, i did the deed and learned from it.
I think someone gave them cops info after getting nabb'd. Loc said they didn't have charges, would burn his grow.. from what he said.. they really didn't know what he was doing, but was reported. Them cops just wanted an easy bust and some asshole is rolling on Loc to get out of his shit. They didn't even know where it was. just my opinion.. anyways..

Yeah, no doubt. Makes you wonder! Can you really trust anyone, even loved ones? Even members of your family might tell others, who tell others, which could lead you to getting ratted on.
Police are all about scare tactics and getting people to turn on each other. They're no honorable people. They'll let killers off the hook if they turn song bird.

Hey man.. most cops are good people.. they just deal with 95% bad people all the time and it can make them grumpy.. and easy for them to confuse you as a bad person since you are braking one of their laws..

just be respectful and stern with them.. and if all possible dont answer the freakn door!! They cant provide evidence to a judge to get a search warrant because you didnt answer the door.. but the second you open the door they can say they smell pot (even if they dont) or that you acted in a suspicious manner.. which might be enough..

Remeber.. cops are like the rest of us.. LAZY.. if you never open the door they will go to the next name on the list that someone gave them.. and who knows.. it could have been some fool that got busted went searching the internet for other growers to roll on.. it wouldnt be hard to do that you know.. Sorry bro but I assume you lawyer told you the second you let them in voluntary it was over for you. They intimidated and threatened you into busting your self. That is a common trick they use to bust pot growers. They know the small growers are no threat to them and are good for the local politicians to score a few kissey points.

Itâ??s hard to stand up to them. I understand that when they say either you give us what we want or we will bust your wife. How would you like that mister pot grower person? Well we all would take the wrap to protect our spouse and family. They know that and will play on the fear every time. They know the Supreme Court has ruled the cops can even lie to get a confession. Now they can even enter your home with out knocking or announce they are there.

I am so sorry to hear about your trouble and I do hope it does work out for you dude. You are a good person with a good sole and you do not deserve this treatment. Nobody does!


By the way, they are not the oneâ??s who charge you. Itâ??s the DA who decides on what and who to charge so if the DA wants to make an example for his own press conference then he can charge anyone he wants. No matter what the cops say. They can advise but in the end it's up to the DA if anybody gets charged or not and who.
