i've been busted a couple times and the 1st thing they went after were my puters! aaron gave you good advice and same as what i would say...get a lawyer! but don't waste your time with norml and magazine ads, you need a local lawyer inside the good ol' boy network every court has! the 1st meeting is usually free so you should be able to shop your story around before settling on the one you feel most comfortable with...and quit letting these cops play you. they can't make you do anything. you are not even under arrest and if it went down as i read it you won't be. what they did was so illegal it's ridiculous! go see a lawyer today and i'll bet you'll feel a hundred times better afterwards.

good wisdom M.g. I realized, that I posted some pics for a buddy who loved my box and built one for himself, he doesn't have internet, due to his location.. well.. shit.. i'm not gonna get my ass in the heat, for something i'm not doing.. so i won't be posting any pics for him.. I do enjoy reading the information here. and it's great wisdom to grow anything indoors, lol.. there are things we can grow indoors, like this, that isn't illeagal is most states.. I know that doesn't help yur situation, Loc.. Good luck man.. hope it works out. Perhaps, your situation, will be a bit of a wake up call, like it was for me.. I hope my state changes it's laws, and MMJ, can be grown here. But for now.. It's not worth the trouble..

I agree, that something smells very fishy.. DO NOT ROLL ON ANYBODY>. Judges don't like someone who does that. I went thru the legal system many years ago, and i was told the same thing.. give us 5 people for every charge, and we'll get you probation. My attorney said, they have no authority to make agreements like that, and not to listen to them.. I did what my attorney said, and I still got 5 years probation. I did the crime, and did my time. I took no one down with me. Something tipped them off, all right.. If your grow was that big they smelled it, I would have to believe, they need to have a warrent to search your house, at a minimum, In order to search, they have to know where the booty is located..(You will find out how they figured it out, it's called disclosure, as they have to provide, why they did what they did. Your attorney will get it for you.). I am sure this and all sites like this, are watched by big brother, to some degree, as growers are a "threat" to national security. I don't know, that Ebay rolled on you, as there are many legit reasons, to have hps, or MH lights .. I have a MH light in my workshop, it's brighter than fluros.. and my eyes aren't as good as they used to be.. I was paraniod when i started my box, but i realized, that HEY.. there is no law against a hydro garden, but in many locations, it's what is grown that is illegal. These sites, have the best info for hydro gardening i have found on the Net. My wife loves her flowers, and I love my veggies.. I know what it feels like to be arrested.. and it's very scary. Just listen to your attorney, and be honest with him..

I just got a lawyer he can't be with me tuesday but they will not charge me untill he can go with me .They just want to talk me into rolling over someone. I can't , I don't know anyone and the lawyer says they will be alittle tuffer on me. I'm taking my computers out. Not sure why they didn't take them and they don't know my name online. This may be the last you hear of me. One guy wanted to take puters but since I didn't fuck with them they left them. It is not internet related. Sorry if I can answer more I will.

Don't panic if possible. You're just a regular guy doing this for yourself, and a fun little hobby. You were'nt growing to sell at all and are small time. Hence, this is ridiculous really and I'm sad about this.

Also, I did check out your state laws, and they are a decrimilization state,
go to Norml and click state laws...a map of the country comes up...you can see icons representing the state laws, then click on state for explanation of statutes.

According to Norml, most get probation for your offense, with a fine. as long as you weren't dealing to someone, or with 1/2 mile of school...maybe your state was 300'...
