I want to entertain my Irish friends. Gonna need lots of drinking rooms. I will not die here. Gonna need a Medic's room. I figured a custodian's room is necessary for a house this large.

I'm definitely gonna need a library. I already have books at my feet and my elbows. And a photocopy machine. Maybe a little room for that. As some of you know, I love sports, and, will need an indoor arena. Not full-sized, but, miniature.

I'm gonna build it, right here, in Virginia Beach, as it is south of the average path of storms originating in the higher latitudes, and north of the usual tracks of hurricanes and other major tropical storms.
