Installing Solar Panels

I just had this idea,i thought it was cool, so i thought i would share.
Its just interesting to me, that for a couple of thousands dollars you can be independant of the power grid. :thumbsup:

there seems to be some kind of discount on installing them in california. a rebate of 50%? Im not sure but its something like that
