its clearly a crime and quite a shame to see the misplaced priorities of our law enforcement. my friend who is an active member of this board, and those of us who are in this fight appreciate your insight.

i won't know all the pieces to the puzzle that led to my friend's predicament but it appears from what you described that if you're missing a package (granting it was sent out), chances are customs got it and your name/address then gets flagged. at what point you get a 'visit' would depend, i'm guessing, on the volume of seized packages in your name.

rippl3 Reviewed by rippl3 on . for torog i saw an old post of yours from last year about a friend who got 'visited' coz he was getting a number of packages in the mail from overseas. i'm curious - were his visitors feds or local leos? did he get charged? a friend of mine who's missing a number of packages from overseas just got 'visited' by local leos. he freaked out and gave up his stash (i don't blame him). if they're indeed local leos (i have my doubts), i'm guessing that packages (especially from a'dam and western ca) are Rating: 5
