Well, in short. No. It wont get you high.

Wanna know why?

THC, the phycoactive chemical in the trichomes of the cannabis plant only break down in oil's and fats, such as butter and milk.

It however, wont break down in water, therefore you get tea that tastes like weed, but has no phycoactive effects.

Although, if you collect stems untill you get about an oz of stems, you can put them in a shacker and you can get about 3g of kif from them.
