If you're going to do it no matter what and have an average build I would say 20-30mg's. I took 60mg's my frist time(a mistake) not knowing much about it, not worth it! I'm surprised I'm not addicted, I hate the drug, it's bad. It could be to do with I hate uppers, as I hate anything that makes my heart go into overdrive. ***Weed is all I need***

All I have to say in reaction to this, is for medicine, stick to Homeopathics, for drugs, stick to the natural stuff man...Man has done nothing good to the environment, and the chemicals we put in our medicines are some crazy stuff, that will screw up your brain chemistry for the rest of your life...
