Problem with and in getting Fox Farms Ocean Blend

We've had some real problems with getting an supply of the Fox Farms Ocen Blend. We've found that our last 2 batches have been really substandard in the amounts of nutrients. We run a soil sample at the local lab and have found that the Nitrogen levels have really varied as well as the Phosp. I have heard that the lack of supply is related to a manufacturing issue, but we're all concerned as the last 2 batches were very low in quality and a number of local people are now concerend that this will be a on-going trend....

If anyone has info that would be great!

That would suck.
I'm going to use Happy Frog on my next grow.
But now I'm thinking that maybe I'll just use Light Warrior.
I'm going to give them both a side by side test with my Blue Dot clones.
They mix there soil in very small batches.
So I can't see the difference being that big.
It probably depends who is mixing it.
