Thats pretty tough, for the eye puffiness, I bought some really expensive eyedrops they were about 10 bucks and visine is around 4-5. I would recomend buying good eyedrops, hell if you're worried about getting caught the extra 5 dollars makes a massive difference.

My parents used to be on to me about smoking, when you go out with your friends and smoke on weekends, stop smoking at least two hours before you have to be home, that hopefully should be enough time to cool yourself off
