I think the sentence should fit the crime and once the sentence is served the criminal should be allowed anonymity.

In this case the sentence should have been much harsher. They should have got life. I don't think its a good situation having them running around the country followed by a mob of vigilantes with pitchforks and flamng torches.

there isn't much else anyone can do accept forward petitions like that to the people in charge who CAN do something about it. But thanks for your input.

it did happen in england, but they did a terrible thing, but they where 10yrs old, a long time has passed since and they are adults, if we where judge on are actons as children, it would be unfair cos we have grown and changed, and these to boys have served there sentence, havent they

Maybe it did happen a while ago, I dono, but the person who's getting these e-mails still needs to get them to understand that they made or are making a bad decision and people give a shit.

And if you tortured a three year old child, molested them, and ultimatly killed them, then you deserve alot more than a few years in jail and then anonymity for the rest of your life. Pedofiles that dont even kill children have to live with everyone knowing that their pedofiles for EVER.

If we brake it down and say, "well if they just touched the little boy and they were only ten, then they should spend some time in jail and then get anonymity" ok fine. But what we actually are saying is, they kidnapped him from his mother, tortured him, hurt him, rubbed paint in his eyes, stuck things up his three year old butt, and killed him. MURDERED HIM.

People keep saying "if it was my child I'd do something" but what does that mother feel like knowing that those boys are walking out freely to live long and healthy lives while her little boy is dead, and his last moments were revoltingly horrible.

the sentence isn't good enough.

And if I flipped it around and I was the mother of those two ten year olds, I'd beat them to an inch of their life with a bat, send them to court with no lawyer, and kill myself.

What a horrible story.
I don't know what these boys are like now but I know violence begets violence...these boys must have been terribly abused at home to get like this....it is a vicious cycle.
If you grow up with abuse and no love this is what happens.
We in society must help kids when they are small before this happens to them.
Wanting to torture these boys now does nothing to 'teach them a lesson' sadly they are most likely damaged and more violence will only cause more anger to burn in them.
I doubt prison has helped them at all....in my opinion it started with their parents.

They should put pictures of them in the papers. Wouldn't you like to know if they were living opposite you? I'd cut their balls off, tie them up and torture them until they were nearly dead then let them go and get anonimity myself for doing it!
