I was just in a similar situation last week and took a quest diagnostics test. QF definately works, I was nervous as hell and shaking in my boots while I was in the waiting room, but the stuff really works. Just microwave, shake attached the heating pad place it between two pairs of underwear (because they check pockets) and when you go to the bathroom pee in the toilet while pouring in the cup. As long as the temp reads between 90-100 degrees you are money. Its really easy and the only surefire way.

About six months ago I was in line for a new job that required testing and went cold turkey for six weeks and was still testing positive at home. The job fell through so I went back to toking. Now I've landed a great new job but will have to pee test early next week, my first ever test.
