ah but they are allowed to exchange contact info and if some kind of deal between them goes bad this is just a database to try and help protect people from being takin advantage of and it doesn't always work but it helps.

I think your idea is noble, but If you recognize that scamming is taking place, then that gives the appearance that Cdot condones such actions. Don't you think? I could be off base, but that is my take on the subject.
