my advice is to like everyone says get some formula 420 cleaner but make sure its for ACRYLIC not glass or metal. i guess you could use rubbing alcohol and salt but im not sure if it will make the acrylic worse. but really the best thing to do is save your money and next time you buy a bong BUY A GLASS ONE! you'll thank yourself after the 4 fourth bowl of nice ganja...

another recommendation for formula 420.

works great and it's fast. i'm sure salt/rubbing alc. would do a similar type of cleaning .. but it's easy to just go buy a bottle and have it always ready to clean the bowl or the whole bong.

and i've cleaned my bong at least 10+ times and i'm on the same bottle of cleaner .. you really only need a little for it to work .. i've let my bong go for a week without cleaning and just a quick squirt of the stuff gets it like new.

personally when cleaning my actual bongs out (as in cleaning them, not trying to harvest resin from the bowl or w/e) a mixture of 2 parts mouthwash (helps get it as fresh as it can be) 1 part alcohol and roughly a tablespoon of salt i found to work very well...

im just gonna wait a couple years till it just gets packed with so much resin and brake that mothafucker, then smoke the resin and buy a new bong

Oxy clean works better than formula 420, the guy from my head shop even said so. Just put some oxy clean in there, fill it with hot water, shake it and let it sit. It will chew the grunge right off, then just rinse with warm water and you're good to go. You can clean small pipes the same way, but put oxy clean and water in a baggie and put the pipe in there.

ok i filled the base of my roor half way up and then put some rubbing alcohol in there so it was sludge. then shook it around and it cleaned it up in like 30 seconds. i didnt get the neck that well because i was too exciting but its very effective and easy. i just poured it all in the toilet and flushed it.
